In preparation for a global expansion of the ARDB The Peregrine Fund comissioned Habitat Info to compile a comprehensive species and subspecies listing of all the World’s raptor species.

Lutfor Rahman was a great help in this task.
We began with the IUCN birds of the world data table and augmented this with subspecies data and recent changes from various sources notably Raptors of the World, Owls of the world.

From range maps of all species we produced a variety of richness maps for TPF.
