The methods were similar to those employed in the Zambezi River Basin risk and vulnerability mapping project.

The project was funded by USAID.

Focus was placed on improving the resolution of data used during the RCCP analysis and where possible accessing census data.
Focus was also placed on improving biodiversity and wetlands data and incorporating new data relevant to water quality and access.

habitat INFO were responsible for the presentation of these maps at a workshop for the Botswana government in April 2014 (Maun, Botswana)
Outputs included summary maps for reports and a methods report.
